The mall is just a 3 minute drive away and so is Downtown Boise, which is filled with restaurants, shopping, sites and more! Outdoor activities just minutes away. Plus The Village in Meridian is nearby ... you will love this location...it's one of my happy places. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Tons of natural light, open concept with a full kitchen and large bathroom with tub/shower. One king bed and two twin beds (day bed). Huge 55" TV, strong wifi, private desk/workspace. Property is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. :(

Cozy In and Out - Guest House and Courtyard

This adorable guest house offers a secure and private stay. Includes a full bathroom, king bed, and outdoor eating area. Our home is close to Meridian Village, Settlers Park, and our main highway (I-84). Close proximity to Downtown Boise, rivers, and the airport. You will have a designated parking spot in the driveway and space is available to store bikes, kayaks, etc. A twin air mattress and child pack-n-play available upon request. We do not allow pets, including emotional support animals.

Private outdoor sitting area & shared covered patio with sink/disposal (summer), grill & nice yard. Well lit free street parking. Host and his dog “Elvie” live on site.

Just 2 minutes to Lake Lowell for fishing, boating, and nature walks, and only 20 minutes to mountains, hot springs, trail rides, the Snake River. All while only 9 minutes from shopping & services.

The upstairs apartment in our home is centrally located in a quiet neighborhood, with easy access to all the amenities, the treasure valley has to offer. Enjoy the spectacular views of the 10 acre park and sunsets from your private balcony. This private apartment, is accessed via its own exterior spiral staircase. The apartment includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a bathroom and a large family room with partial kitchen. You must climb the spiral stairs to access this space.
