Έχει μεγάλη βεράντα με σαλόνι και 2 ξαπλώστρες παραλιας.

Διαθέτει σαλοκουζίνα, δύο υπνοδωμάτια, ένα μπάνιο και δύο αυλές σε διαφορετικά επίπεδα. Στην επάνω αυλή υπάρχει πέργκολα με ξύλινο σκίαστρο 2plank και υπέροχη θέα στη θάλασσα. Η πρόσβαση γίνεται μέσω ιδιωτικού δρόμου, διαθέτει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης και κουφώματα αλουμινίου με σίτες σε όλα τα ανοίγματα.

Ενιαίος χώρος με 1 διπλό και 1 μονό κρεβάτι, μπάνιο με ντουζ, μικρή κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Μπροστά από το studio υπάρχει ένας επίπεδος προαύλιος χώρος 500μ. με φυτά και δέντρα που προσφέρει στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης.

A traditional stone house literally built on the sand just a few meters from the seawater. You sleep and you wake up by the pure sound of soft waves and birds.
