Apartment is 920 square foot, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom with a 500 square foot ocean view patio. It is located in the Mirador area. This is a mostly residential area and mostly quiet. Located 2 block from the beach. Close by is Mannys, Pink Cadilac Pitaya, and the American Legion. 5 minutes from the Malacon and 13th street. Both are very popular with the tourists. My wife and I are long-time residents and can direct you to anything you need. The property is very clean and comfortable.

Come enjoy this fully remodeled suite on the first floor, steps away from the beach. Our place is within walking distance to shops, bars, and outdoor activities. This centrally located suite provides year round activities during the day and night. Although we love all fur babies, we unfortunately don't allow them in our suite. This suite includes 1 king bed, kitchenette, bathroom, WiFi & AC. This is a private suite on the ground floor.
