The house has 3 bedrooms (each with its own bathroom, A/C, ceiling fan, Queen size bed and closets), a full guest bath, a beautiful pool, covered terrace, outdoor shower, fully-equipped kitchen, laundry area, living-dining room with A/C and ceiling fan, showers with hot water, and a perimetral fence. This is the perfect place to spend an amazing vacation, close to the Santa Clara beach!

The house is in front of a long, private, beautiful white sand beach, on the Pacific Ocean. It has a shallow river running in front, with a gentle current. It is a spectacular place to relax, and the river cleanses you of the salt water before you walk back up from the beach. There are 2 sea kayaks on the property that can de used by guests. We recommend them for exploring the rivers and the ocean. The property has great trails, paths and lots of wildlife.
