Beautiful chalet with a Mediterranean garden and a small pool, ideal for couples or families, equipped with everything you need to spend an incredible holiday in one of the most exclusive areas of the Marina Alta. The property is located in the urbanization La Sella, the environment is perfect to relax and disconnect. The location is very quiet but at the same time it is very close to Denia and Jávea which have incredible beaches, parks, countless restaurants and a lot of leisure activities.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Este carácter tan singular se aprecia en cada detalle que te rodea y en cada rincón de la casa.
