Relájate con toda la familia en un entorno incomparable como es el parque natural del monte Montgó en Denia, con fantásticas vistas entre el mar y la montaña. La casa es un oasis de paz. Denia tiene kilómetros de playas de arena y roca, donde practicar todo tipo de deportes naúticos y desde la casa se pueden hacer excursiones a la montaña. En la casa también hay folletos con todas las actividades deportivas y culturales. Dénia está declarada ciudad creativa de la gastronomía por la Unesco.

Located with the montgó mountain directly behind the house, the house offers a great mix between adventurous hiking/walking paths or mountain biking possibilities or just relax and chill by your private pool with a lot of privacy. Within less then 12 minutes by car/scooter you will be in the city center of Denia which offers great shops/restaurants and many nice bars for fun outside the villa aswell. Villa située à la limite du parc naturel du Montgo de Dénia. Vous pourrez profiter de sa piscine chauffée , de sa cuisine d’été et de son jardin dans un environnement très calme à l’abri des regards. Ses intérieurs composés de 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain, cuisine et salon-salle à manger sont distribués sur une surface de 120m². L’une des chambres dispose d’un accés indépendant. Deux terrasses orientées différemment vous permettront de choisir vos lieux préferés pour vos repas.

Auch dadurch, dass jedes Apartment eine private Terrasse, sowie einen privaten Ein- und Ausgang hat und sich maximal 10 Gäste zur selben Zeit auf dem Grundstück befinden.
