5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

WEITERE WICHTIGE HINWEISE Unsere Katze wohnt auch im Dachgeschoss die das Badezimmer und die Stube mitbenützt. Es hat ein Parkplatz vor dem Haus und einen Sitzplatz mit Feuerstelle. The 1 bedroom apartment with a sofabed in the lounge is suitable for 2 adults & 2 young children or 3 adults. There are spectacular views of the Alps (Churfirsten) from all windows. Newly renovated & fully equipped.

Unser Haus steht in einem kleinen Bergdorf mitten in den Glarner Bergen in der Nähe von Elm. Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt im Haus des Gastgebers. Zur Ferienwohnung gehört ein Teil des Gartens. Ein Gasgrill steht unseren Gästen zur Alleinbenutzung zur Verfügung. Gratis Parkplatz beim Haus. Uns liegt das Wohlbefinden unseren Gäste sehr am Herzen. Das ganze Jahr über bieten sich viele verschiedene Aktivitäten in dieser Region an. Für jedermann/frau ist etwas dabei.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
