Αυτό το χαλαρό ξενοδοχείο σε κτήριο του 1904 βρίσκεται σε μια περιοχή με πολλά εστιατόρια και λιμάνι στη Μεσόγειο Θάλασσα ,ενώ είναι το μοναδικό ξενοδοχείο πάνω στην θάλασσα και απέχει 3χλμ απο τα ερείπια του βυζαντινού Κάστρου Καλαμάτας. Τα ανεπιτήδευτα δωμάτια διαθέτουν Wi-Fi , τηλεοράσεις με επίπεδη οθόνη και μίνι μπαρ , καθώς και χρηματοκιβώτια .
