The house consists of a large living room with adjoining kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a bedroom with twin beds and a bathroom. The apartment is located near the station of the mini tube connecting the center to the outskirts of Perugia and the neighborhood is also accessible by several bus.
