Also has a full bathroom including a loft the offers love seat/twin bed and bunk beds with a game/tv area. Downstairs offers two bedrooms. One King bedroom and one Queen bedroom and full bathroom. The kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. In the backyard is a deck that includes gas grill and patio furniture. We are within walking distance to Rec #1

Located within the Lake Almanor Country Club, there are plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained. The home is complete with a wet bar, free Wifi, Four smart TV's with satellite tv and Netflix included. In the garage, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, cornhole set and a basketball game. Two spacious living rooms provide plenty of space for all of your guests to relax.

Welcome to our spacious 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath Lakefront home! Located in the Lake Almanor West. The house sits off the road, to offer privacy. The views and outside seating are absolutely stunning! There is so much to do in the area that you'll never be bored. Swimming, boating, hiking at Lassen Volcanic Park...the list goes on and on! Relax, replenish, & rejuvenate, on the West Shore! (The water level is low, and property does not have a dock. there is a boat launch just down the road)

Welcome to Riversong Retreat! Nested at the end of the road, in a quiet forest of Cedar and Pine, with some of the best fishing on Lake Almanor within walking distance of the house. The house is located in the little community of Hamilton Branch. The river flows right past the house into Lake Almanor. There is Four different levels of living space. The house is a short 30 mile drive to Lassen Volcano National Park. Take the hike to the top of a volcano for a great view.
