From our house one has the impression of being in the countryside while not being an isolated house. The exciting view of the lake offers very intense moments. Completamente ristrutturato, stupendo panorama sul lago, molto luminoso ed accogliente, ideale per famiglie ma anche per fughe d'amore e weekend romantici. Riscaldamento autonomo.

L'appartamento é due piani sotto la piazza, interamente scavato nel tufo. Con vista sulla valle, é isolato dai rumori della strada, tranquillo, privato e molto accogliente. Le pareti in tufo gli donano un'aria antica, per trasportavi altrove nel tempo. Si raggiunge a piedi, attraverso un ponte pedonale che vi porta direttamente nella piazza dove c'é l'immobile. É perfetto per brevi soggiorni di completo relax, ma con la cucina totalmente attrezzata si sfrutta al massimo.

Luminoso bilocale con una romantica terrazzetta panoramica a livello per godersi la prima colazione al sole, l' aperitivo osservando il volo dei rondoni e la cena sotto le stelle. La casa si trova al secondo piano (senza ascensore) di un palazzo antico con cortile caratteristico nel centro storico in una posizione silenziosa, ma vicino a tutti i servizi. Dispone di una camera da letto, bagno con doccia, salotto con Smart-TV, divano-letto e angolo cucina.

Immerso nel silenzio, vicino a Pienza, Montalcino, Bagno Vignoni e le terme naturali di Bagno San Filippo. Per raggiungerci è molto semplice, l'ultimo km di strada è sterrata ma percorribile da tutti.
