Located on a 17 acre horse ranch with endless views of live oak trees and granite boulders. The Spanish style cottage has 3 light and bright bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and includes a spacious kitchen, dining room, family room and covered patio. This gorgeous cozy home, comes fully furnished and decorated. It is very spacious; comes with a kitchen, living room, chimney, and great indoor lighting. Downstairs you will find a bedroom with 2 full beds.Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one with a queen sized bed and one with 2 twins beds .It also comes with two full bathrooms and a laundry room. Additionally, the park is very close by -within walking distance. This home is at a great location just off the freeway 15 and highway 74
