Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Lake and fell scenery opens from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, also a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling and hopefully spot the Auroras dancing on the sky. Siuttajoen rannalla, omassa rauhassa Inarin Partakossa, autenttinen ja tunnelmallinen hirsimökki. Kodikkaassa tuvassa takka, leivinuuni ja kamina. Kaasuliesi ja minijääkaappi. Saunan löylyjä kehuttu, samoin viihtyisää grillikotaa. Kesällä vesi pumpulla kaivosta. Talvella kantovesi joesta. Mökin lämmittämiseksi on osattava käyttää takkaa ja kaminaa. Sähköverkkoa ei ole, mutta aggregaatti ja aurinkovoimala akustolla toimivat osaavan vuokralaisen käsissä.

Peaceful log accommodation located next to the lake Inari. Main building, hut and storage. A parking lot and pier at lake. Dry toilet away from main building, no running water but in summer a tube from the spring. 12V electricity from the battery for lighting and usb-charging. If necessary, 230V electricity with generator. The kitchen has a gas stove and a 12V refrigerator or a small gas refrigerator. The cabin is heated with a fireplace and stove.

Fully equipped kitchen and tableware for six. The cabin can accommodate 4 people. In the sauna cabin there is a wood-heated sauna. Premises should be cleaned by the client prior to leaving or can opt for cleaning service cost 170e. Bedding and towels are available.
