The community is atv friendly and also boasts a beautiful creek containing brook trout and picturesque waterfall. Winterplace , Hatfield Mccoy Trails, and Appalachian trail all only minutes away.

Nearby multiple wilderness areas, superb mountain stream fishing, small lake fishing, swimming area & beach, wildlife management areas & miles of trails offer tons of natural amenities and outdoor opportunities.

The Starlite at Ruakh is a private luxury geodesic dome tucked along the edge of the woods on our 87-acre farm in Tazewell County, Virginia. Nestled high among the trees, our petite treehouse invites you for an adventure. On our expansive deck, you can grill and dine al fresco, amidst the trees. The nocturnal canvas comes alive with a stunning display of stars and luminescent fireflies in the summer. As dawn breaks, you may spot a bear or hear the gentle whisper of the creek where my grandmother used to frolic 90 years ago. Despite being in nature, you'll have access to a hot shower, a toilet, a mini-fridge, and a coffee maker.

Campside Cottage--a vacation retreat located across from Camp Burson at the entrance of Hungry Mother State Park in Marion, Virginia. Relax around the campfire, hike or bike the many trails, lounge on the beach with a good book, or cast your line to catch a big one! Take a step back in time. Rural America. Before fast food chains, and even before Walmart... Surrounded by Mountains and conveniently located, direct access to Warrior Trailhead and High Rocks. Enjoy Wilmore Dam, or perhaps a day at Berwind Lake trout fishing, or hiking. This can be purchased with the main house or as a stand alone unit. If purchased together the price will be reduced to $40 a night. Guest will have entire space to themselves.
