Nahe dem Stadtzentrum, nur wenige Minuten von den Strandbädern Neusiedl & Weiden (5 Min Auto, 30 Min zu Fuß) - ist diese verträumte Wohnung ein guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflugsziele des nördlichen Burgenlands. Die Wohnung befindet sich im Sous-terrain des Hauses (angenehm kühl im Sommer). Die Vermieterin wohnt im Obergeschoss. Ein separater Eingang, Bad im SZ, WC, eigene Küche mit Grundausstattung für gemütliche Kochabende und viele Nischen im Garten, laden zum ungestörten Verweilen ein.

Vienna-Heights is a studio directly under the roof of a 19th century villa in one of the most elegant districts of Vienna. Our house was built in 1897 and therefore there is NO ELEVATOR. It is situated on the 3rd floor. You will be rewarded for the climb with a marvellous view on the city from terrace and room. Big comfortable double-bed, convertible sofa for one or two more guests. Aircondition! Self-check-in Bus station only two minutes walk,, to the center it takes about 15 minutes.

Our four tiny houses were built by our family using upcycled natural materials like wood and hemp insulation.

Auenblick

The chalet is located at the edge of the forest in the medieval town of Hainburg an der Donau with a view of the Donauauen National Park. The "Donauland Carnuntum" area offers delightful hiking and biking trails, culture and culinary delicacies. Excursions to Bratislava, the Roman city of Carnuntum or the nearby Marchfeld castles by bike or boat are particularly recommended in the summer months. Or you just enjoy the tranquility of nature with romantic sunsets and let your mind wander.

Restnest Vendégház: Infraszauna+Dézsafürdő

A fedett teraszon INFRASZAUNA és DÉZSAFÜRDŐ áll vendégeink rendelkezésére. „ezer sziget országa, ahová a nyugalom is pihenni jár” A passzív és az aktív kikapcsolódásra vágyóknak is ideális választás vagyunk. A légkondicionált ház jó elhelyezkedésű, közvetlen szomszédok nincsenek, a meglévők kellő távolságra vannak. Nyaralónk nem közvetlen vízparti, de az út túloldalán már a szabályozott Duna-ág húzódik. A helyi idegenforgalmi adó külön fizetendő, melynek mértéke 300 HUF/fő/éj.

OAKTREEHOUSE - SLEEP IN THE TREEHOUSE

TREEHOUSE is installed on four adult oaks. A wooden bridge leads directly to the terrace with a view of the surrounding trees. The house is connected to the electricity grid. Water is supplied in containers and is used for hand washing and basic hygiene. Inside our treehouse there is a chair and a sofa bed, basic kitchen equipment, electric kettle for water, plates etc. Dry toilet is located 15m from the treehouse. Attic is reserved for sleeping (2 people). Sofa bed is downstairs.

Kleines Sommerhaus am Neusiedler See

Das kleine Gästehaus liegt direkt in Weiden am Neusiedler See. Der Strand ist ca. 1km entfernt und mit Auto bzw. Rad leicht erreichbar. Radverleih gibt es in der Nähe. Der Radweg um den See ist bei den Gästen sehr beliebt. Wassersportaktivitäten: Surfen, Segeln, SUP (Verleih gegen Gebühr am Strand). Anbindung ans öffentliche Netz mittels S-Bahn im Ort. Zum Flughafen ca. 25 Autominuten. Das Gartenhaus ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer und Familien mit Kindern geeignet.

Exquisites Ferienhaus im Seewinkel

Das Haus hat eine Wohnfläche von 130m2 und eignet sich für 4 Personen. Es liegt im grenzüberschreitenden Nationalpark Neusiedler See/ Hansag. Es grenzt direkt an die Kernzone des Nationalparks. In der Ferne die angrenzenden Orte, Apetlon, Illmitz, Mörbiisch und Rust und Fertörakos. Direkt vor dem auf mehr als 2000 m2 großen Grundstück finden Sie eine faszinierende Tierwelt, die Graurinder und Wasserbüffel weiden direkt vor dem Grundstück auf dem das Haus steht.

Die kleine Seezeit bietet Ihnen einen Rückzugsort für Entspannung und Entschleunigung vom Alltag. Genießen Sie die kulinarischen Angebote der Kellergasse in Purbach, sowie die kulturellen und sportlichen Aktivitäten der Region. Nach dem einchecken, erhalten Sie die Burgenland Card kostenlos dazu. Für die Dauer Ihres Aufenthaltes können Sie damit viele Gratis-Leistungen in Anspruch nehmen und kommen in den Genuss von attraktiven Ermäßigungen.
