It is 9 miles to Madill and 13 to Ardmore, both of which have grocery stores and WalMarts although most of the restaurants are to be found in Ardmore. Stop on the way in and pick up your provisions, there is a full size fridge/freezer.

The loft shares it's space with the King size bed and fold out sofa/futon, and overlooks the spacious living room. The cabin has a fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, gas fireplace, fire pit, and two covered patios to kickback and enjoy nature. The second bedroom is on the ground level. Located approximately 2 miles from Guy Sandy Boat Dock.

Luxury Cottage: Neighborhood Lake Access & Kayaks

Completely renovated June 2023. Perfect for 2 or more families. 2 master bedrooms downstairs, each with a king bed and full bath. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with two bunk beds. The upstairs rooms share a full sized bath. Launch your boat or access the lake at the end of Landing Road (350 yards), or at Eagle Bay Boat Ramp (1 mile). Enjoy the spacious covered front porch and cook on the flat top grill. Kayaks can be made available to responsible guests at no cost.

Our massive pavilion with indoor waterfall and huge river rock fireplace is perfect for your outdoor living. We only allow 1 dog for an extra fee & must be leashed when outside ( Neighborhood rules) & crated when alone. MUST BE HOUSEBROKEN! We do not allow any ATVs to be ridden in our neighborhood. Per city code. You may bring them to ride at by crossbar ranch.

Both lakehouses can be rented out together to accommodate a larger group up to 26 people. Discounts are offered when renting both.
