Surrounded by greenery and an abundance of nature, you can enjoy on one of the 5 terraces overlooking the lake or the mountain, or simply sit in the garden by the fountain and listen to the sound of the river. Surrounded by natural beauty, it boasts views of Berat from above. This is 2nd Floor of our villa perfect for everyone. Facilities including air-conditioned, lobby, balcony, poolside beds, garden. Guests can also enjoy outdoor dining with our BBQ area.

Located in Peshtani, 15 meters from beach we offer self-catering accommodation in a tastefully furnished and well designed air-conditioned apartment. The apartment features free Wi-Fi and private parking spaces free of charge. The apartment is composed of a one separate bedroom and living room with a sofa and armchair. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine and toaster too, flat-screen cable TV, private bathroom with shower, a hairdryer and free toiletries. Very close to a pharmacy.

The whole group will enjoy unique views together with an easy access to everything from this two-level roomy, comfortable, and centrally located place with free parking. The house is only 5 mins walking from the Ohrid old town central plaza and offers beautiful views of the lake and St. Sofia Cathedral from the cozy living room and the balcony. The first level offers two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and W/D. The spacious second level room has 3 beds. Each floor has full bathroom.

The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.
