Kinloch Lake House

Located in a quiet cul de sac, just a short walking distance to the lake. A two story home with a large open area upstairs offering a sofa, one queen and one double bed. Downstairs, there are two double bedrooms, with queen beds and a smaller bedroom with a double bed. A modern kitchen, dinning and lounge with ranch sliders onto the deck. A separate shower, toilet, hand basin/vanity and laundry. Lovely decks, outdoor furniture, BBQ and large pizza oven/outdoor fireplace. Fenced x 3 sides.

It is private with modern furniture, a well equipped kitchen with alpacas and emus just outside. You can feed the alpacas. Plenty of parking space.

A cute, clean and cosy cottage in a peaceful and secluded native bush setting. Only a 2 minute stroll to the Lake or the beautiful spring fed Waitahanui River, and 10 minutes from the centre of Taupo township. 58 inch LED TV, Blu Ray DVD and movies as well as a heat pump air conditioner and free WiFi. Linen and bedding is provided. Spa pool operates from May 1st to October 11th. Please send an enquiry regarding pets prior to sending a booking request.

The lake and hot water beach are just a 10-minute walk away, offering endless exploration opportunities.
