Welcome to your farm home away from home! This property is truly stunning and one of a kind! The 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom home, off of a dirt road, tucked away on a 5 acre estate is the epitome of serenity. Sprawling land, hay fields, a classic 4 level barn w/ cattle pens in the back. It has wide views of the country, with all the amenities modern life requires. There are large flatscreen smart TV’s in every bedroom and the living room - Starlink Wifi will ensure easy connectivity for your stay.

It is located in Ridgeway, SC and 20 minutes from Camden and Lugoff. Colonel Creek Landing is 4 miles away and the perfect location to launch your boat. You can dock your boat in 12 feet of water at our dock. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking and swimming. Two living spaces with smart tv's. Now you can enjoy the fire pit and outdoor shower.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place with GORGEOUS sunsets. When we say family, we mean pets & horses as well! We have 12 stables, 7 paddocks. Fenced yard & in ground pool. 5 fireplaces & heart pine floors. 3 living/family rooms. Once owned by the DuPont family (yes that DuPont family), the main part of the home is 96 yrs old and has many charming details. The 4 car garage was also the site of building race cars for the DuPonts. Pear Tree Farm offers the best in country quaintness.

Nestled on 66 acres with a gorgeous pond/farm view, you will find Goat Daddy's Farm and Animal Sanctuary. Our luxurious tiny house has everything you need to make your farm stay comfortable and relaxing. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Restful Refuge is a renovated one-bedroom studio apartment that includes a full kitchen and full bath downstairs to our home. For your stay with us you will have a private entrance. We are located just minutes from Downtown Columbia but secluded in a small community on a pond. Our desire is to provide a place to help you unwind & rejuvenate during your time in Columbia. Whether you are in town for business or pleasure, we would love to share our Restful Refuge with you.

This quaint and private one bedroom apartment is uniquely situated on a beautiful property surrounded by gardens, ponds and history. Camden is known for its Antebellum homes and from this location you can walk to some of its finest examples. The apartment is cozy with a comfortable queen size bed, a bathroom which features natural hardwoods and a claw-foot tub/shower and a modern Mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling system. Private deck overlooks historic polo field.

Just 20 minutes from downtown Columbia, it is a great home base whether you're Visiting the Zoo, Columbia Convention Center or Celebrating a Fort Jackson graduation or Exploring nearby college campuses. For outdoor lovers, Lake Murray is just a short drive for boating, fishing with a sunset view.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway surrounded by acres of wooded land and privacy. This Tiny House with porch was constructed of Logs in 2022. The outside logs are painted gray to blend in with nature. The inside is beautiful natural pine, with 3 bedrooms/1 bath/2 queen and 2 bunk beds with a loft, washer/dryer. It's conveniently located 4 miles off Interstate I 77 and 2 miles from the 1770 Historical town of Ridgeway, SC off Hwy 21 north.
