Unfortunately, the giant tub is not operational.

Paddleboard or Kayak (provided) the beautiful canal to either lake. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail in nature on the dock. Bring your boat/ jet ski or rent one from Eaton's Beach Aquatic sports, they also offer sunset cruises and water taxi to Eaton's Beach restaurant right from our dock!

This is a place you will want to come back to time and time again. Water views from all angles, you will feel like you're on a houseboat there's so much water! Plenty of room for outdoor games and activities. Pet friendly. Just a short drive to downtown Inverness and 30 minutes to Crystal River. Simply perfect!

Majestic cabin on Fort Brook Farm

Get away from it all when you camp under the stars on our beautiful little farm. Our cabin is a bedroom with queen size bed and a sleeping loft that is a twin. Bring a sleeping bag for loft. This air conditioned and heated cabin has a little extra. There’s a sink, fridge, and a coffee maker with pods in the kitchenette. There’s a great fire pit that also is a grill. We have chairs and table to sit by your camp fire. The restroom and showers are separate. There is not a half bath in the cabin.

All that and it's located only 10 minutes from The Villages where you can shop and have fun. Centrally located 1-1/2 hours from Disney, Daytona beach, and Tampa. There are 2 springs both 5 minutes from the house, Salt Springs & Silver Glen Springs. Beautiful Juniper Springs, Silver Springs and Alexander Springs are all a hop, skip, and jump away. Bring your fishing poles and mosey down to the boathouse and try your luck fishing right in the backyard at the canal.
