There is a full kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, strong WiFi, updated bathroom, 3 sets of bunkbeds and a queen-sized bed. Perfect for a girl's trip, guy's fishing retreat, Husker football game weekend and so much more!

It also includes a screened-in front porch to relax while looking onto the front yard full of native flowers and plants. There are 11 steps to get into the home from the street. Street parking only. Owners live on premise.

Modern kitchenette will allow you to prepare quick meals. We live in the upper levels with our dog (Esther) so you will hear us moving around a bit. There are three bedrooms, three bathrooms, additional hang out areas and a nice dining area. The back has a great screened sunroom with bar top to sit at, complete with a six person hot tub.

The Little House in Woods Park Neighborhood

Fondly referred to as "The Little House", this is a newly restored two-bedroom bungalow built in 1920, in an established quiet and friendly neighborhood. The Little House is very charming, along with a central location within minutes of most anything. The kitchen is adequately stocked (for an Airbnb). The house has a long private driveway as well as free off-street parking availability. I can't wait for you to come and enjoy your stay.
