This cozy retreat in Eugene’s historic and safe Friendly Street neighborhood, is just two miles from the U of O and Hayward Field. Lane County Fairgrounds is four blocks away. Neighborhood shops/restaurants are nearby by. The studio is located in an above ground basement of a 1917 Craftsman bungalow with windows looking out onto the backyard gardens. It offers quiet comfort and a lovely enclosed backyard. Dog-friendly upon approval ($10 per pet per night). Cats are not permitted.

We are following all CDC & Airbnb Covid cleaning guidelines. This includes cleaning all high touch surfaces e.g. countertops, doorknobs, light switches,faucets, etc. The apartment has a separate dustless air system not shared. Large 1200 sq. foot apartment. The private entrance loft sleeps up to four, two queen-size beds. Light-filled high ceilings, tile bathroom, washer/dryer, and full kitchen. Includes free WIFI, 55" Smart TV, AC and gas fireplace. Nice walk to U of O, or Downtown.

The Purple House

This cozy special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just a short drive and you can be in Old Town Florence, at the casino, (2) golf courses and various beach selections. The Purple House is in a residential community so generally a quiet stay. The house stands out in a crowd and is easy to find. Off street, designated, parking!! (There is additional parking on the street if needed.) The apartment sleeps (4) but space is most comfortable for (2) guests.

This space is cleaned according to Covid Cleaning Protocols. You're in walking/biking distance to Univ. of Oregon and downtown Eugene. Less than one block south from Lane County Fairgrounds which is the Park and Ride for U of O games. Enjoy what outdoor/cultural activities that Eugene has to offer while staying in a cozy studio. You have off street parking and your own entrance. Sorry no 3rd party bookings (your reservation will be cancelled) or animals allowed.

Studio in Downtown

This studio is walking distance to the University of Oregon, the Hult & Shedd Performing Arts Centers, The Jazz Station & Downtown Eugene. Eugene full of character, eateries and entertainment. The attached studio has a separate entrance, a kitchenette & outdoor patio. The main bed is a queen and the second is a twin that is a futon love seat with ottoman. If there is a third person it would be best to be a small child. The space is small and is best for 1-2 people.

The "loafing shed" of the barn was converted into an apartment -- a cottage core addition to the old barn. Hiking trails follow along the creek. Guests may also reserve overnight camping located just below the barn apartment. Perfect for family gatherings, this overnight campsite is available only to guests of the barn apartment at $20.
