A short drive away from Mount Edgcumbe, Plymouth, Torpoint, Looe, Seaton, Downderry, Eden Project, Millbrook, Cawsand, Kingsands. On the South West Coast path, so really great for walkers. We have one double bedroom with stylish interior, a lovely shower room with blue tooth mirror cabinet and all you will need in the Kitchen. We have a lovely cosy lounge with strong BT WI-FI and TV.

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Located just a few miles from the South Cornish coastline ideally situated within easy reach of the popular seaside towns of Looe Polperro and Fowey and sleepy estuary village , Lerryn. Enjoy this stylish studio with enclosed private garden. Fresh milk and a Cornish Cream tea will be waiting for you with our compliments . The Old Rectory is well placed to explore Cornwall; 6 miles from Looe and Polperro in a peaceful pretty village with a shop, bar and pub The gardens are perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach, walking the coast path or exploring the moors, castles or Cornish gardens. Our heated pool is popular in summer. Gorran has a king sized bed and plenty of room for relaxing in the lounge area. We welcome couples and dogs. If you are part of a larger group we have other apartments available.

Manor House is grade II listed, set amongst an array of historic buildings at Botelet Farm, with a large private garden to the rear and views reaching across rolling fields and up to Bury Down iron age hill fort. Nestled in a valley in South East Cornwall, staying at Manor offers the chance for a peaceful escape with 300 acres to explore, safe spaces for children to play, chickens wandering free range outside, a trampoline in the orchard, and therapeutic massage and wellbeing workshops.

Wykeham Coach House

Lanreath is a friendly rural village 6 miles from Looe , Polperro or the Bodinnick ferry to Fowey. There are many other places to visit in the area including Bodmin Jail, Charlestown, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Restormel Castle and the Eden project is just 17 miles away. There are plenty of beaches to choose from and many good walking routes. Lanreath has a small shop and Post office that opens in the morning. The Tipsy Cow in Lanreath is the local bar and has occasional entertainment.

With an interior design led refurbishment, overlooking the sea and into the Harbour, Breakers is just steps away from the beach and village! Stunning sea views from every room, this spacious 18th-century fisherman’s cottage is situated in a perfect, very peaceful position on a traffic-free lane. The interior retains many original features and has been tastefully modernised with new kitchen, bathrooms, heating, and refurbished bedrooms. It has a private parking space in the main car park.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.
