Little Ardwyn is a newly completed self contained log cabin with beautiful views overlooking the river Fowey. While compact, it is well designed and modern, with open plan living, featuring superfast broadband, smart tv, king size bed, fold away table, kitchen, separate shower room and under floor heating. It has large patio doors which open onto a good sized private patio, with comfortable furniture, bbq and fire pit where the river views can be enjoyed. Off road parking is provided to guests.

The Barn

The Barn is a perfect escape for a couple. A spacious open-plan barn with kitchen and living room, flagstone floor and underfloor air-source heating and an overhead sleeping platform. Stylish self-contained shower room. Large library of books and collection of board games and extensive gardens and grounds. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

Pubs, restaurants and quays are all within a couple of minutes walk. Readymoney Beach is a short stroll away and there are many beautiful coastal walks nearby. No pets are allowed.

It is a modern 2 bedroom apartment with fantastic countryside views. The apartment is on the ground floor and is all on one level. This is ideal for anyone who would prefer to avoid steps. Our apartment has been awarded 4 stars by VisitEngland. It has its own parking space and is approx 10-15 min walk into Fowey or a 5 min drive. It is a 5 minute walk from the main bus route in and out of Fowey. The nearest beaches are Readymoney and Polkerris.
