The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. In the building where the apartment is located there is a Studenac supermarket and a Cinestar cinema on the 0th floor.
