In a private house in a quiet location (6 km to the centre), a "studio": a bedroom and its own renovated bathroom and SAUNA, in addition a utility room with a kitchenarea. The space has a microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, small fridge, dishes and tea, coffee, sugar, oatmeal. There is no stove or oven in the apartment. I live in the same building. There is an indoor dog in the apartment. Guests have their own entrance and the space can be locked. Free parking space and free 5G-wifi.

Alueella on myös hyvät ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Polut ja ladut lähtevät suoraan takapihalta. Matkaa kaupungin keskustaan on noin 3,5km. Rautatieasemalle matkaa on n. 4km. Very cozy studio with small kitchen and bathroom. This is suitable for 2 adults (+ 2 children.) The location is great, very near of city center of Kuusamo. Ski bus goes to Ruka from very near of the house ( 50 metres). The supermarket is located 100 metres of the house. There is a cross-country ski run very near ( 100 m) as well possibility to ice-skate.
