The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Fully equipped open kitchen and a living room with a fireplace and a stunning view to the lake from the house wide balcony. An other living room with a fireplace downstairs in connection of sauna. Two rest rooms and one big bathroom next to sauna. A big all day long sunny, wooden deck with bbq, outdoor dining table and sun loungers. Rowing boat.

Stay in our spacious home on the shores of Saimaa, enjoy the relaxation of the beach sauna and the ever-changing landscape. Suitable for remote workers and especially for families with children. There are air heat pumps in both floors, so it is comfortable to stay even it is heat outside. You can get to the berry and mushroom fields directly from the yard. There are different kinds of hobby tools for children: football and ice hockey goals, frisbee-golf basket and two sup-boards.

Vuonna 2024 valmistunut perheemme täysin varusteltu 120 neliön vapaa-ajan asunto Lemillä Kivijärven rannalla tarjoaa rauhallisen lepohetken luonnon helmassa. Puhtaaseen järviveteen pääsee pulahtamaan vain 20 metrin päässä talosta. Ranta on lapsiystävällinen ja suuntautuu etelään. Pihapiiri on helppo kulkuinen ja siinä on hyvin paikoitustilaa.

Mökissä on kaikki mukavuudet sekä kaksi olohuonetta, missä aikuiset ja lapset voivat viettää omaa aikaa. Ulkona isot viheralueet, missä voi pelata ulkopelejä sekä matala -ja turvallinen upea hiekkaranta. Isossa grillikodassa voit valmistaa ruokaa ja nauttia nuotion loisteesta toisten seurassa. Monipuoliset urheilumahdollisuudet sekä loistavat kalavedet kutsuvat nauttimaan lomasta

Lähin uimapaikka on 100m päässä. 120v vanhan talon hirret huokuvat tunnelmaa ja historiaa. Isolla terassilla kelpaa nauttia ruoanlaitosta, ruokailusta ja illanvietosta. Ruoanlaittoa varten terassilla on katoksen alla iso hiiligrilli sekä kaasugrilli isommankin seurueen syömisiä varten.
