Früher stand hier mal der Hühnerstall. Davon ist aber so gut wie nichts mehr zu sehen. Durch die Felswände entsteht ein angenehmes Mikroklima und die großen Fenster lassen viel Licht herein und bieten zudem einen Blick auf den Hang. Auf der Terrasse lässt es sich entspannen und nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag wartet die Regendusche in der Wohlfühloase. Mit dem Auto lässt sich zudem auch schnell einmal der „Chip“ wechseln. 15 Minuten bis zum Strand, 25 bis nach Las Palmas und 30 bis in den Süden.

It has a bedroom with two beds (possible folding and baby crib), kitchen, bathroom with shower, and living room with sofa, TV, stereo and acoustic piano. Outside you have a garden-terrace, barbecue, breakfast table and sun beds for sunbathing, or to enjoy the views of the mountains and yhe sea. Own parking.

El alpendre entre palmeras

Antiguo alpendre recientemente transformado para su uso residencial en Santa Lucía de Tirajana. El alpendre era la casa de los animales. Los más apreciados y difíciles de sostener eran las vacas . Solía haber dos por propiedad. La parte de la vacas es ahora el salón comedor y cocina. Las cabras y la burra se alojaban en las otras dependencias que hoy día son los dormitorios, y el baño actual era el lugar donde se depositaba la hierba del resto del día, ya que se solía coger por la mañana .

Romantic Cave house "La Mariposa"

Das Höhlenhaus hängt wie Schwalbennest am Hang. Es besticht besonders durch seinen traumhaften Meerblick und Süd-West Ausrichtung. Bei gutem Wetter sieht man bis zur Nachbarinsel Teneriffa. Beide Schlafzimmer sowie das Wohnzimmer sind im Höhlenteil des Hauses untergebracht. Im Anbau befinden sich die Wohnküche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Panoramafenster und Dusche sowie die separate Toilette/Waschraum. Es gibt eine kleine Terrasse und eine Dachterrasse mit Chillout-Bereich und Barbeque.

La playa está a unos metros de la casa, pareciendo que vuele sobre el mar y esta situación privilegiada le permitirá disfrutar tanto de las vistas como de su entorno. Dispondrá de todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrute de una relajada estancia, con vistas únicas al mar dando un toque de infinita paz, haciendo que las vacaciones se disfruten al máximo.

Beautiful rural house located in lovely surroundings in La Atalaya de Santa Brigida, next to the golf course of Bandama and ideal for walkers and nature lovers, to escape with family, with friends or family. You also have access to the shared pool that is situated about 150 meters from the house. Supermarkets, shops, and a golf course are close of the Villa. Is recommendable to rent a car to get to both the town and for touring the island, because the bus service is reduced.

Casa Catina is located in the village of Huerta del Barranco, in the natural park of Tejeda, Gran Canaria. La Señorita está situada en un espacio privilegiado dentro de la Caldera de Tejeda, entre el Roque Nublo y el Roque Bentayga. Casa amplia, con tres dormitorios, dos baños y cocina- salón. La construcción data del sXIX y ha sido rehabilitada recientemente. Tiene capacidad para seis personas como máximo. La decoración y los ambientes están muy cuidados. Tiene varias terrazas y jardín. La piscina es compartida con nuestra otra casa, Casa Catina (máx 4 pax)
