Prepare to enjoy breakfast while you enjoy the colors of the sunrise and the song of the birds; even to devour that book that you left pending or if you are more of series you will love to enjoy them with the Smart TV of 65 inches with pre-installed applications. The schedule policy is flexible. However, if two guests coincide on the same day, the checkout will be at 12:00 and the check-in at 3:00 pm if there is a overlap between the schedules. The house has an ideal situation to access the different points of interest of the island. Beaches, capital, tourist areas, airport, restaurants, shopping areas, etc The "Global" bus lines allow you to move comfortably all over the island. Airport: 10 min Las Palmas de GC: 15 min Maspalomas / Playa del Inglés: 25 / 30min Agaete: 50min (Times by car). During the stay it is possible that the maintenance personnel access the outside area of the house for the maintenance of the swimming pool. Guests will always be informed in advance.

Das Haus ist genauso traumhaft, wie es auf den Fotos aussieht - ein Haus mit Atmosphäre und Geschichte. Die Einrichtung ist praktisch und wir konnten uns gut versorgen (moderne Kücheneinrichtung). Die Umgebung ist schön (Oliven- und Zitronenbäume, Palmen, Blick ins Tal und auf die Berge) und auch interessant (Höhlen von Ureinwohnern im Berg hinter dem Haus!). Wir haben es im Urlaub genossen, an diesem Platz Ruhe zu finden. Das Haus ist eine gute Unterkunft für Reisende, die z.B. rund um San Bartolomé wandern möchten. Man sollte allerdings mit dem Auto anreisen. In den nahegelegenen Orten Santa Lucia und San Bartolome kann man sich mit allem versorgen, was man im Urlaub braucht.
