This cozy 2-story home sits on 10 acres in the Chama River Valley, with views of Cerro Pedernal and the mountains. Rustic, cozy, with all basic amenities. Ideal for the solo artist or couple. Hiking + hot springs nearby, including Ghost Ranch, Poshuouingue ruins & Ojo Caliente Springs! Most pets are welcome (for a pet fee). Santa Fe is 25 minutes away with nearby access to many US Forest areas, the Pecos National Monument, the Village of Pecos, and the Pecos River. The water is chemical free! The large acreage here is also used for tent camping in the summer months near the little lake and RV Sites are scattered with one being beside this house.

The drive to Santa Fe is easy and peaceful (~35 minutes). The Pecos river swimming hole is accessible by trail from the house along with several miles of hikeable wilderness. Our Guest House is 10 minutes to the Santa Fe Opera and approximately 10-12 minutes to downtown. Glorious sunrise and sunset views. Two bedrooms, one king bedroom in the loft overlooking the living room and one private king bedroom on the main floor. Private use of the pool (unheated and refreshing), hot tub, labyrinth and gas BBQ. Pool is uncovered in a natural setting.
