The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Welcome to Fourty Winks we live in a quiet neighborhood. This is a 1 bedroom unit with a fold out couch. There is a beautiful park with an awesome playground 1 block away. The mall , best eateries & store are 2 mins. away. You have access to board/card games and toys for little ones. You will be on the lower unit with egress windows so plenty of natural sunlight, your hosts live above. We are Jim&Celeste and are retired, and our goal is to make sure you have anything you need . Additionally, we have a fully-fenced back yard with a fun fire pit to roast marshmallows in the summer months as well as a couple hammocks to relax in.
