Small apartment bathed in light. Confortable and snug. On the 7th (top) floor with lift/elevator. Facing south. The pretty terrace, with its magnificent view overlooking Paris, is ideal for meals and relaxation. The city's beautiful monuments can be admired at all hours of the day and night. The apartment is situated at the foot of the Sacré Coeur with the funicular railway to take you to the top of the Butte Montmartre. It is located in a small, calm, street away from the bustle of tourist activity. Owing to where it is situated this charming apartment provides further advantages : - a lively neighbourhood with many shops within 5 minutes walking distance, - three nearby metro stations, Anvers (line 2), Abbesses (line 12) et Barbes-Rochechouart (line 4), for easy and rapid access to the center of Paris, the main railway stations, and other places of interest during your visit. The apartment has just undergone complete renovation and has recently been placed on AIRBNB lists. A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room. For convenient preparation of meals all appropriate facilities are provided (refrigerator, grill, oven, induction cooker, saucepans, kettle and other kitchen utensils). The bedroom, with its double bed (140X200 cms), will enable you to sleep comfortably and wake up in the morning to a marvelous view of the Parisian sky-line. A small, secluded balcony provides an ideal setting for your morning cup of tea or coffee. In the living room there is an extra sofa-bed (140X190 cms) for the benefit of one or tow more guests if required. There is a small, well-lit bathroom with shower and toilet. The following facilities are also provided : TV, Blue-ray player, Wi-Fi, vacuum cleaner, electric iron, wardrobe etc. There is also a launderette further down the street. We should be happy to assist in providing any further information that might be required (what to do, what to see etc). We are eager to welcome our first visitors and obtain feedback on their stay.

Peaceful and private hideout at the foothill of Montmartre. This unique appartement has been home and inspiration for world famous painters, poets and film makers. Equipped with: cozy Queen-size bed, with all natural fabrics, kitchen corner, a bathroom and WC. On the small balcony you can eat or read outside and look at Paris' roofs. The mural painting is from one of Latin America’s greatest masters, Guillermo Olguin. The gifted interior designer is also your co host, Victoria Senoret.

This lovely 41 square meters (441 square feet) apartment is located in Montmartre, on top of rue des Martyrs (lovely Parisian street market), on the chic and famous avenue Trudaine. Facing the square d'Anvers, from the apartment, you'll have a lovely view on the Sacré Coeur, on of the most romantic monument in Paris. Few steps away from Anvers metro station (3 mn walk according to Google) you'll go anywhere in Paris within few minutes! The apartment has entirely been renovated in 5 months.

Montmartre and the big fashion stores are at 15 minutes walking distance. You'll love to stay in this charming flat, located in one of the most vibrant areas in Central Paris. It is a one bedroom flat located on the fifth floor (no elevator) of an Haussmanian building. It is perfect for a couple or two friends traveling together.

IN THE HEART OF MONTMARTRE Village atmosphere in La Butte Montmartre, famous for its Sacré Coeur Basilica and its panoramic view of Paris. However, it is also a gastronomic and cultural district with authentic charm, dotted with stairs and old lampposts, La Place du Tertre, and its many artists - in the 20th century many painters like Picasso and Utrillo lived there. If Montmartre is a district of Paris, the village also has its own districts, Abbesses is one of the most animated.

There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

The appartment is carefully cleaned after each visit in accordance with Airbnb Covid guidelines and instructions.
