Little Nook - Lytham St Annes/Blackpool/Preston

Little Nook is the separate detached barn annexe adjacent to our home, Three Nooks. In the distant past it used to be a chicken shed. There are no neighbours save for a herd of cows and it is a very peaceful, private place. Towards the rear is a hot tub, a small seating area and arbour with benches and a table. There are wonderful uninterrupted views across the fields from the balcony and a view down the driveway through the round window. Peace and quiet reign. SkySports, box sets and Netflix.

In this hidden gem, you’ll experience the local and tranquility of central Lancashire. Within 5 minutes of walking distance you have a Costa, various pubs and restaurants. At the end of the road is a 24 hour petrol station for any little extras for your stay. Hospital is a 12 minute walk. M6/M55 is less than five minutes down the road. A friendly and peaceful neighbourhood, enabling a relaxed and chilled stay in a good quality, comfy home. Key safe available and separate entrance from my home.

Conveniently located for visiting the many attractions on the Fylde Coast which are easily accessed via the A584 leading to Lytham, St Annes on Sea, Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. Lytham with its wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants and Lytham Festival is only a 5 minute drive away. Blackpool is 15 minutes away. Great for people on holiday, attending weddings at nearby Ribby Hall and The Villa or working at BAE Systems.

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

It’s mainly quiet, with a good-sized private, south facing garden with views of fields behind, with access to country walks. We are situated in rural Lancashire 5 minutes from junction 32 of the M6. Located on the popular national cycle route, we are on the border between the Fylde coast and the Forest of Bowland. The Port Hole is an annexe to our home, with it's own entrance. The accommodation is private and peaceful, it has recently been refurbished to a high standard. One well behaved dog welcome.
