The form, colour and materiality nestles the dwelling sensitively into the deep green bush terrain and a generous courtyard defined by carefully crafted limestone walls which seamlessly connect inside and outside while also providing privacy and shelter. The studio is everything you could imagine for the perfect down south getaway . All the modern appliances to make you feel at home with nice and cozy beds excellent quality linen and specially chosen furniture throughout . A short walk to the beach and bush tracks , local cafes , bar & bistro the general store you can't go wrong. Private residence The managers are close by to help if required , we will leave you with a detailed list of things to do and the ins and outs of the studio and the local area. The home's close proximity to the coast makes it easy to head to the ocean. Spend the day finding fun surfing spots and sunbathing on the beach. Play a round on the local golf course. And tour the breweries and wineries nearby. Literally everything you could desire on your door step. Easy and safe to walk to the beach with access to footpaths and nature walks out the front of the house .

Littlebrook Cottage is a cosy cottage with a lovely outlook in a rural setting, suitable for families, couples or small groups of friends. Situated on a small farm property with open paddocks and areas of bushland, the cottage is 10 minutes' drive from Margaret River township. Cowaramup, with its quirky cows along the highway, is on the way. Close to local breweries and vineyards, Littlebrook Cottage offers peace and privacy while being near to all that the Margaret River region has to offer.

Kangaroos & farm animals will be grazing close to your house and you can walk to our business Scoops Farm for an ice cream and free entry to our animal farm during your stay. Good kitchenette facilities. Not full kitchen therefore no oven, there’s a micro & 5 litre air fryer. No wifi, our motto “talk to each other, pretend it’s 1995!” BBQ available on request. A private driveway, will lead you to the quaint, Kingfisher Grove Cottage. Our cosy 1 bedroom cottage is situated between Surfers Point and Margaret River Town, it has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan living, a comfortable king size bed and laundry. A couch bed is also available. Enjoy a walk or bike ride past Cape Mentelle and Xandadu Vinyards, along the tranquil bush track into town and finish the day watching the sunset at Surfers Point or relaxing with a glass of wine on the deck.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The quaint studio cottage overlooks the Scott River flats, the Homestead and farm land. To the back of the cottage is the untouched bush leading all the way to the South Coast. Explore the river that runs through the property, say hello to our farm animals, pick some fruits and vegetables from our kitchen garden, go wildflower hunting, bush walking, 4x4 driving or fishing. we are on the edge of the D'Entrecasteaux National Park and within an hour of many towns in the south west region.

The little siren studio Gnarabup

The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Abbeys Farm Retreat

Abbeys Farm Retreat offers the perfect getaway to unwind and reconnect with nature. The glamping tent is nestled amongst the trees and overlooks the spring fed dam. It blends the freedom of carefree camping with luxuries you would hope to find in an upmarket resort.
