NOTE: you can rent this mansion along with the other house annexed to it, listed as Dimitris's Lux 1800's stone house.

Βρισκεται 7 περίπου λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σκάλας και από την κοντινότερη παραλία. Κοντά στο σπίτι υπάρχει αρτοποιείο μανάβικο και σούπερ μάρκετ. Η παραλία Μελόι είναι στα 2 λεπτά μακριά με το Αυτοκίνητο και το Αγριολιβαδι στα 6.
