View local swans, dolphins, pelicans, fish, crabs and koalas nearby or take a walk on the boardwalk through a nature reserve to Mallabula. Try fishing or kayaking or watching the sunset. Whale watching and dolphin tours depart from nearby Nelson Bay. Eating out includes clubs, take always, a few restaurants ranging from budget to waterfront a la cart. Entertainer's delight with huge deck with water views and BBQ. It's 50 metres from historic Tanilba House just metres from a beach famous for its incredible sunsets.

This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Studio style accommodation (64 sq. m. of space), includes queen bed, Air Conditioning & ceiling fan, kitchenette - no stove, fridge, & bathroom facilities. Living area, lounge & television. Tea, coffee & milk provided. The studio is a separate building at the rear of our home with guest access day & night. Suitable for single guests as well as a couple.

Please note this very very tiny studio apartment is completely self reliant. A renovated very small (hole in the wall) studio with ensuite less than 10sqm in total. Situated at the bottom of a terrace house, overlooking one of the best surf breaks in Newcastle. The break is only 3 minutes from the studio. All linen and essentials are provided.
