Just 55 minutes from Metro Detroit, you’re close to the Michigan International Speedway and a winery with concerts three nights a week. Unwind with a beach bonfire under the stars. Currently there is no boat access for guests on Evans lake.

Lake is very ideal for swimming/sunbathing/boating with a sandy bottom- ideal for children. A dock is present if guests choose to bring a boat/ Jet ski or float toys. Parking can accommodate up to 5 vehicles. Lakefront seating includes 1 large 10ft picnic table/ large wooden swing, 2 tanning chairs, 1 additional 3-person swing and 5 single chairs. Charcoal grill/firepit available.

Sussex House

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home is located on a private gravel drive, in a peaceful setting. Wildlife can often be spotted in the large yard or wooded area. The location is minutes from historic Adrian where Adrian College and Siena Heights University are home to, Tecumseh, and near main roads, and only 20 miles from Brooklyn, and 30 miles from Ann Arbor. Many stores, restaurants, lakes, and entertainment options are close by. The Kiwanis biking/walking trail connects right here.

Songbird Cottage

Escape the hustle and bustle. Come relax in our cozy tiny house on our little farmette where we raise a few goats and retail handcrafted patio furniture. Wake up to views of the surrounding fields, take a walk in our garden or enjoy relaxing in our gliders on the porch. Located between Hillsdale and Adrian - only 10 miles for Adrian College, 17 miles from Michigan International Speedway and 22 miles from Hillsdale College. It is also part of the Merillat Airport (34G) community, a grass runway (3608 ft). The house is also 25 miles away from Ann Arbor and University of Michigan and 20 miles from Michigan International Speedway.

3 Bedroom/2 bath Ranch home on 550 acre "all sports" Round Lake. Plenty of room on the dock to bring your boat, or rent my pontoon for $800/week or $200/day. Kayaks provided for complimentary use. Shallow hard sand bottom great for swimming at my shoreline (large floating matt provided to enjoy). Large (15x35) cement patio overlooking lake. Cottage shares yard and lakefront with two other cottages. Plenty of space to gather with others, or be alone.
