Puzzle Cottage Quirky Yorkshire Dales Cottage

A delightful stone-built cottage located in the village of Harmby, close to the popular Yorkshire towns of Leyburn and Middleham in the northern part of the Yorkshire Dales. Built in the 1600s, Puzzle Cottage is the oldest property in the village and is believed to have been the falconry for Bolton Castle. An unusual layout set out over three floors, the cottage has been sympathetically styled with a cosy cottage feel which adds to the immense character and charm of this historic old cottage.

Our charming cottage forms part of a grade 2 listed mill, residing in the tranquil hamlet of Wensley just outside the market town of Leyburn. The contemporary country style loft cottage is warm and welcoming. The cottage is rural and surrounded by fields in all directions. Rest and relax in front of the log burner on a cold winter's evening or unwind with a glass of your favourite tipple in the enclosed garden with hot tub looking out over the idyllic views of Wensleydale, towards Penn Hill.

The Bolthole is a delightful dog-friendly 2-bedroom cottage situated in the heart of bustling Leyburn, ideal for two adults and two children. There is easy access to various cafes, pubs, grocery stores and many independent shops whilst stunning scenery, including the famous Leyburn Shawl, is less than a five minute walk away.
