Il bagno interamente rifatto, composto da doccia, lavabo, wc e bidet, è interno alla camera. C'è una piccola cucina. Ci sono i condizionatori inverter sia in camera che in cucina. Agli ospiti di questa camera è riservato uno spazio privato esterno, una piccola terrazza detta "Place Mignone" dove ci sono un tavolo e delle sedie per pranzare fuori. Da qui si accede alla piscina in comune.
