Je loue une chambre au 3eme étage de ma maison. (J’habite la maison.) La chambre d'environ 15m2 habitables (30 m2 au sol) est entièrement équipée avec: - canapé convertible, - coin douche (l’évier sert aussi de lavabo) - cuisine (micro-ondes, frigidaire, vaisselle). L'accès se fait par un couloir et un escalier commun. Les WC communs (avec une autre chambre potentiellement louée de la maison) se trouvent au 2e étage. Linge de maison fourni.
