'The Duke' Western Space on the River

'The Duke' is a John Wayne inspired western themed space perfect for a quiet getaway to Ruidoso and located on the main road into town. This is the downstairs to our primary home that we have converted to 'The Duke' with John Wayne western décor, comfortable living room with mini fridge, microwave and coffee. Don't forget to peek into the kid friendly 'cupboard under the stairs' Harry Potter inspired closet. Relax each day on the 6' by 40' covered deck listening to the Rio Ruidoso river below

This cozy cabin is perched calmly among the tall pines and is perfect to accommodate up to 4 guests. Featuring one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, dining area, full kitchen, desk, new hot tub, and deck; it is ideal for those that want to unwind and enjoy what Ruidoso has to offer. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood that is a brief 10-minute stroll down the hill to Midtown, the village center for shopping and restaurants. The cabin is 37 min drive to Ski Apache, 10 min drive to casinos.

Ruidoso Retreat

This newly remodeled studio cabin has all the amenities you need to relax during your stay in Ruidoso. The kitchenette comes with dishes and cooking utensils, to accommodate cooking if you choose. There is a stocked coffee bar to enjoy during cool mornings and evenings. The cabin is located off of Sudderth, and approximately 1-2 miles from downtown. It is very close to local restaurants, cafes and shopping. The studio cabin sits behind the owners house, there is a separate gate entrance.

Between the shops, museums, historical monuments and local brewery, this town is the quiet escape you have been searching for. Enjoy our little casita perfectly located just off US 380. Sit next to the warmth of a wood burning stove in the winter, or enjoy cool evening throughout the summer. Hiking, skiing, racetrack and casino are all nearby. Ruidoso is about a 35 minute drive from Casa de Luna.

Our front deck has a 2 person porch swing where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon glass of wine. As frequent Airbnb guests we feel we have provided a great place for you to stay.
