Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

Living room area has a kitchenette at the lower level (no induction stove) and a lovely lounge area. stairs to access the lower level. This new home is nestled in the woods and you can hear the waves crashing. The home is 8 min walking distance to the Pacific ocean beach and Lost Creek State park.

Beautiful studio in the country, located within 7 miles to the beach, very close to the Salmon River, 5 miles from Lincoln City. Fresh eggs may be purchased from main house upon request. No dogs or cats allowed, Highly Allergic and livestock on property

Hiking trail right behind house leads to the famous 804 Trail, the Oregon Coast Trail, Amanda's Trail and Cape Perpetua.
