Welcome to the most luxurious home in the Valley. We designed, built and equipped this home for the most comfortable rental experience possible. From Boll & Branch Sheets to a DeLonghi espresso machine, we have cut no corners and thought of everything. Our goal when we built and designed this house was to create a cozy & upscale spot to escape to in North Conway. With Echo lake only a 5 minute walk & multiple ski mountains only minutes away, our villa is the perfect jumping point for any season!

The home is located in Lincoln NH in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, ice cream shops etc. The house was built in 2015 and features AC with radiant heated floors and a log fireplace. Gourmet Kitchen and Pantry. Game room on lower level with one bath and a separate bedroom with 2 single beds. pool table, ping pong and air hockey as well as a large sofa and Xbox with 65" flat screened TV. Exterior deck with grill and seating.

Outside is a large flat backyard, fire pit & 3-hole disc golf. .There is a garage bay full of fun--4 kayaks, volleyball, yard games, 12 bikes, rollerblades, etc. while inside a toy room brims with games & toys, while a Game Room has air hockey, shuffle board, and foosball.

Our vacation home is tranquility found! The house is set back on a country road, private yet minutes from the market, brewery and local attractions. Entry level entertainment room, 65 inch TV, large sectional, game table and outdoor hot tub. Second level, large kitchen, high end appliances, dining area, living room with window a/c bedroom, bath. Upstairs, 3 bedrooms, a/c in master 2 baths. From the deck you can see the mountains by day and the stars at night!

If features a perfect location in the town of Lincoln, NH, central to all the western White Mountains have to offer. Large, beautiful lot with stream and firepit. Six guests maximum. Children over 7 only. All children under 7 years of age must be pre-approved. All dogs must be pre-approve and Rules in the House Rules section.
