Närheten till Linköping har gjort den populär för personer som arbetar i eller i närheten av Linköping och behöver en lägenhet för kortare eller längre vistelse, 1 - 3 personer. Även andra som vill besöka Lkpg, Nkpg (såsom Kolmården) eller Vimmerby (Astrid Lindgrens värld) har uppskattat detta boende.

Located in beautiful Östergötland with hiking, cycling, swimming, fishing, berries- and mushroom-picking just around the corner. Enjoy the view from the large windows or the porch and sleep with the doors open on warm summer nights (no mosquitos here!). One min from the house there's a small private beach, the water is low and ideal to swim with small children. You can also take a quick walk to swim from the pier or discover other parts of the lake with the small motorboat (extra cost).

Air conditioning. Bedroom with a bed 140cm. In the middle of the nature, in a forest full of mushrooms and berries. The lake is perfect for long-distance skating in winter. Possibility to loan a boat or raft in the summer, and a wood-fired hot tub in winter time. Wifi. TV. Barbecue.

Exclusive villa on the waterfront

Villa Opphem is situated right by the lake Ämmern at the end of the village Opphem, between Vimmerby and Linköping. The house was renovated and extended in 2016. Right by the lake there is a sauna, relax and jetty with stunning views. The house has four double and two single bedrooms and five bathrooms. Guest are welcome to enjoy the out door area, a large kitchen, living room and TV-room. The Kinda area is known for its peacefulness, beautiful lakes and forests.

The accommodation is privately located at the edge of the forest overlooking the lake. Åtvidaberg is 25 minutes away with all necessary shops.

Ett stenkast från Göta kanal och Borensbergs sluss

Här bor du 60 meter från Göta kanal och 3 minuters promenad till barnvänliga Strandbadet. I kvarteret ligger kaféer och kolakokeri. Centrala Borensberg når man på 5 minuter efter vacker promenad över Göta kanal och Motala ström. Fina promenadstråk utmed kanalen och sjön Boren finns precis i närheten. Från den lilla grusgården med trädgårdsmöbler och morgonsol skymtar anrika Göta hotell. Boendet är inrett i charmig allmogestil med unika detaljer.

Välkommen till denna härliga sommaridyll med egen strandtomt. Stora huset som rymmer i två plan har kök och vardagsrum i bottenplan samt två sovrum på övervåningen. Bastu med utsikt över sjön samt dusch och vattentoalett finns i ett separat hus mittemot storhuset. Och ytterligare en gäststuga finns alldeles nere vid vattnet med två sovplatser. En roddbåt och en kanot finns tillgängligt för hyresgäster.

Toppmodern stuga☺️ Njut av naturens ljud när du bor i detta boende med unikt läge. Närmare Glan kan du inte komma. Det är fritt fram att bada/fiska/pimpla i sjön, eller varför inte åka skridskor?
