Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Close to beaches and hill walking, National Trust properties and, though a rural location, close enough to Belfast to access the city.

The Studio is a bright, modern self-contained space next to our home in the beautiful Co Down countryside. It is one large space (approx 36m2 with coved ceiling) with living area, queen size bed, 1 single bed and small dining space. We’ve lots of parking and a large garden - plenty of outdoor space for families. We are in the heart of Lecale; 3mi from Ardglass/Downpatrick and 5mi from Strangford Lough. A great base for enjoying nature, the mountains, golf, sailing, beach walks and sea swims.

Sunnyside cottage is a Northern Ireland tourist board 4 star registered 3 bedroom cottage set in the heart of County Down, a short 10 minute drive from Crossgar, Ballynahinch and Downpatrick. Sunnyside Cottage is in a fantastic location for visiting the Mountains of Mourne, Strangford Lough and Game of Thrones locations. The Cottage was renovated to a high standard in 2008 and redecorated in early 2018 to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay for the perfect self catering accommodation.

You’ll love my place because of it's quirkiness, cosiness, stained glass windows and medieval feel. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, honeymooners, walkers and anyone wishing to just get away from it all and kick back in a beautiful tranquil setting.
