This home is located just west of Little Cottonwood Canyon and just a few minutes away from world class skiing, biking and hiking. Enjoy views of the Wasatch Mountains. The downstairs apartment is yours to enjoy! There are several stairs down to the entrance. It has a private entrance from the backyard with coded key pad. The enclosed backyard is nice if you are bringing a dog. However, we are not hosting people with cats due to allergies. Please do not smoke on our property.

The apartment is fully equipped with a full size kitchen and laundry units.
