The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Despite countless activities nearby, the .75 acre property, including the tiny house & she-shed, is a wonderful space for recharging one's batteries.

The spacious living room with writing desk, bedroom, bath, mini-kitchen (with hot plate), patio, and private coded entrance are on the lower floor of this rural mid-century modern house—our family home since 1960. The sprawling bathroom has heated floors, a 5 ft shower & a Samsung full size washer-dryer.

Enjoy our clean 27 foot RV on 5 acres, wooded, safe and private. Note the property is shared with the homeowners. Features spacious living area with TV, large bathroom and queen size bed with new 10” memory foam mattress. Enjoy the covered and screened sitting area with table, chairs and propane firepit or lounge around our outdoor firepit with cooking grate, while stargazing and wildlife watching. Relax and unwind
