The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Located in Kato Chora, under the archaeological area of the Castle, 200m from the main road (Livadi-Chora) and 300m from the village market. Για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμά μας δεν θα χρειαστεί να διανύσετε πάνω από 300 μέτρα από το σημείο που αποβιβαστήκατε. Θα το βρείτε στα δεξιά σας σε μία διώροφη κατοικία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της παραλίας των Καμαρών. Με την αίσθηση ότι απο το μπαλκόνι σας σχεδόν βουτάτε στη θάλασσα ανεβαίνετε τα γραφικά σκαλιά που σας οδηγούν στο εσωτερικό του χώρου. Chalakia House | Cycladic Home with Pool

Located in the traditional settlement of Exambela, the house offers stunning views of the picturesque village of Kastro on the eastern side of the island. Enjoy tranquility on the lovely terraces, and relax by the beautiful shared swimming pool with a magical view (shared with Chalakia House 2). Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.

The house is located at the island's main town, Livadi and it takes only some minutes walking , to get to the center, where you can find all you probably need.
