The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

The cottages are situated in the grounds of my house which has a large wall surrounding the property. entry to the courtyard is through a gated key pad entry. The cottages are situated I mile from town centre but pubs and eating places are nearer within walking distance.
