Stunning views of the Clywdian and Berwyn mountain ranges creates the perfect backdrop for a stay in beautiful North Wales. Our little cottage sits within the grounds of our house but is totally separate and self sufficient. Located 500m from Clocaenog Forest, a mile from the village pub and shop and a short drive to Bala lake, Betws y Coed, Snowdonia and beyond. It’s a perfect base for walking, hiking, mountain biking or just relaxing with a book by the fire or with a drink in the hot tub.

Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Set in the Welsh hills, it’s a walkers paradise or simply a relaxing place to get away from it all listening to the stream at the end of the garden. For 2024 we have introduced a hot tub so after a hard day walking you can relax in the hot tub overlooking the river. If you need to work from the cottage we now have Starlink. This will enable our guests to have brilliant internet use to complete pieces of work or just browse your socials!
