200 year old Gardener's cottage, Mid Wales

Dan y Coed means 'under the trees'. Our cottage has nestled under the wooded hillside of Tan yr Allt for 200 years. The cottage is on the outskirts of Llanidloes, a 10 minute walk to town. We pride ourselves on guest satisfaction and the cottage is equipped to a high standard. We welcome all people and well behaved pets (downstairs). Come, enjoy the opportunity to walk, cycle, sail, fish or just relax. We are eco friendly in every way possible. Caring for the planet and guests a top priority.

Cwmystwyth is a beautiful, remote location - by day you'll experience the sound of birds and distant waterfalls and at night, silence and spectacular dark skies. Nestled in the Welsh countryside, just into the Cambrian Mountains, it enjoys the splendour of nature and peaceful calm of times past. With its own garden, this former shepherd's cottage is surrounded by rugged hills and an unspoilt rural landscape at the very end of a single-track road.

You’ll love my place because of the coziness, the peacefulness of been able to have the freedom to walk and explore our hills of mid wales, straight from your door..and only 45 mins to visit the seaside of Aberystwth.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets).
